RIMEC VH 4 Four-sided sealing machine Horizontal and continuous running four-sided sealing machine for hot sealable foils. These machines already cover the plastic card industry as well as the pharmaceutical, confectionary and technical industry. Some products are, for example smart cards (telephone cards, pre-paid cards), X-Ray films, drain tubes, candy bars, rubber gloves and similary shaped products. In addition we supply product-conform feeders and various useful extra components as a modular system for later assembly or disassembly. Available extra components are: Operation procedure: A lug chain feeds the product into the packing station. The wrapping material is positioned on two reels (upper and lower reel) and the product is being fed between both foil webs. Two lineal (length) and two stab (cross) seams completely seal the product. A cutting mechanism separates each single package. Technical Data:
