RIMEC SH 1-2 Flowpack Wrapping Machine


Horizontal and continuously processing flowpack wrapping machines for heat and cold sealing foils such as cellophane, aluminium and paper compound foils as well as polypropylene sheets and similar materials.

Many products from the plastic card, medico-pharmaceutical, confectionery and technical industry can be sealed.
For example: Smart cards (telephone and pre-paid cards etc.), x-ray films, cannulas, chocolate bars, rubber gloves and products of similar shape and dimension.

In addition, we deliver product - designed feeding devices and other special equipment in modular design for later attachment or enlargement.

Method of operation:

The machine needs only one foil layer. Special formshoes are forming the foil to a flowpack. The product to be wrapped is slid into the formed flow pack and is enclosed by a vertical seal at the vertical sealing staiton. At the cross sealing station, the product is completely enclosed by two cross seals. A cutting device then separates the filled web into individual packs.
